This place is a great option if you're visiting Hacienda Nápoles and want somewhere quiet and comfortable to stay. The hosts, Santiago and Alejandra, are incredibly hospitable and made me and my nephew feel right at home, helping us arrange transport, food orders, and anything else we needed. The upper-floor room had amazing views, the AC worked well, and the pool was a great way to cool off. They also made us breakfast each morning, which was a nice touch. Plus, their gentle giant of a dog was a bonus. Would definitely recommend! The close location to the Hacienda meant that we could spend full days at the theme park too :)

It was a nice hotel but air conditioning was not working in one room, we complained about it and the offered another room but it smelled like mould.

We were 2 adults and 1 child.The room was big and clean with a balcony, AC and a fan, a TV and hot water. The hotel is owned by a very nice yonge family. There is a parking which is great to have. Great value for money
