Great location in this cute town - next to some nice places to eat and with views of the mountains and coast. Also in a good location to do the hike to Fontanillas. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the area is quiet at night - with the window open you can hear the sea. Also, a lovely breakfast.

Beautiful property, very well run by Hannelore and her friendly professional staff Superb views from the roof terrace, beautiful room, enjoyable breakfast (particularly the lentil pancakes), good WiFi, laid back vibe and we also enjoyed the dinner very much. The property specialises in vegan food. As a vegetarian I enjoyed it. My only criticism overall would be the room and dinner are a bit overpriced (for backpacking not short holidays) although with only a handful of rooms I understand this. If you don't want to dine on the roof terrace, which is very enjoyable, you can always go elsewhere. Overall, a lovely place to stay which perfectly compliments the absolutely outstanding Paul Valley.

The view is amazing and the people running the place were lovely. The WiFi was not very stable but it's expected in the remote location and it was more than sufficient for what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and we got a lot of help arranging our day trips and transfers to everywhere. I would love to stay there again.

Really good value for money here. A good location close to the centre of Paul and to Aluguers going in different directions, and a friendly owner as well, who also let me leave my bag there when we checked out, so that we could go for a hike and come and pick up the luggage later

    The hotel is run by two wonderful hosts who will give you plenty of useful advice for the hikes. They are extremely kind, friendly, and hospitable, representing the character of Cabo Verde. The breakfast is wonderful, with a large amount and nice variety, full of proteins to start the day for your hikes. The room and bathroom are extremely clean, and a fridge is included inside. It is the perfect stay to use as a base for hiking, and has a great location.
