Everything! It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.

The employees were great, helpful, polite and humane.The pools were exceptional, especially the outdoor one. We were given welcome drink when we arrived which was also nice. Room with many windows all around was beautiful.

The hotel is located in a breathtakingly beautiful forest. I felt blissful having dinner at the sunlit terrace of the hotel being surrounded by those magnificent spruces. It's a serene place with very clean air and gorgeous lanscape design. When I came to breakfast each morning, I wanted to scream with delight, because the restaurant area has enourmous windows, and while enjoying your food you can admire flowers, bushes and all the nature that surrounds this beautiful hotel.

It has a feeling of a luxurious hotel, even though it is partially only a feeling, but if you don't want to spend for a really luxurious hotel, then why not to have a compromise? Everyone there is very friendly! The room was very nicely furnished, the bed super comfortable and the bathtub awesome! We liked it very much and are coming back for surely! There’s also a small cafe bar, that’s open from 12.00-17.00 and offers delicious cakes!
