The best thing about this hotel is its facilities, it is a beautiful large historic hacienda with large, well-kept gardens, it is very nice to walk through its gardens, observe birds and trees. The included breakfast is wonderful, very wide variety and everything is delicious. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was delicious but a little expensive. The room is very comfortable. They offer shuttle service to the airport every hour, except 8am.

Everything was great at the hotel. The property is beautiful and offers a variety of facilities. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was buffet style; although the choices were somewhat limited, everything was very tasty. We also enjoyed a lunch at the hotel's restaurant, which was excellent. It was a pleasant surprise to find that all staff spoke English, which is quite uncommon in South America. Additionally, the price included an airport transfer, adding to the convenience.

It's located near a street. Really loud. I was taking the earplugs, so I could sleep. The bedding of the bed had some stains and red marks. The parking was great! The bed was comfortable. The location is brilliant! Just walking from the main square (Katari, Noe and others). The contact to the managers was wonderful...

    Communication from the hotel was fantastic, the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and made the room extremely good value. The grounds were lovely and the restaurant on site was just what I was looking for as I got in late and was departing early. Would definitely stay here again in Quito

    This exceptional hotel is located on a lovely farm with lots of opportunity to walk about the grounds safely. The breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choice. The rooms were clean and expansive. The staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests. When walking the grounds we noted that the hotel is close to the flight path for the airport. However, the rooms were incredibly quiet.

    Great location to the airport, Fred shuttles to and from, amazing hotel and scenery, llamas and peacocks wandering around, pool and sauna and lots to do outside and amazing breakfast
