Fantastic place for our out of season trip to MM. the staff, Ehad and Mohammed, could not be more helpful and welcoming. The beach is right there, with perfect sand and blue sea. And perfect for enjoying the sea! Our room was lovely also with all what we needed.

1- the host polite, caring and his hospitality is wonderful 2-Clean apartment, bed sheets, floor (not kitchen nor its appliances) and comfortable beds with seemingly practical furniture (not luxurious but practical and clean) , very good fridge and semi automatic washer( did not use it thus i can not judge its performance ), the apartment is very safe because the owners are living in the building, the building itself is very clean and being washed and mobbed everyday 3- The beach water is amazing amazing amazing 4- very close supermarket with normal prices and have almost everything you might need

Must recommend, the most affordable accommodation in Marsa Matrouh, close to the beach and supermarket, you can see the sea on the fifth floor, no vacancies in the peak season, book in advance. The boss is very nice, I will look for him every time I come to Marsa Matrouh, it will be sad if there is no room 🤣

It has this garden that Tee takes such meticulous care of. It blows my mind that someone in a city like this would put in the constant, tender love and care to keep it thriving. My first and lasting memory of this place—the image I'd see every night—is all right there: the soft yellow glow of the porch light, Tee's car parked out front, and the sound of Tee and Tiffany's laughter and easy conversation, me just joining their life naturally～
