The host was super helpful, even staying on line until we arrived, which was after midnight. She checked in with us before, during and after our stay. The apartment was in a great location, very clean and modern and had lots of little extras - such as four beers in the fridge. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends!

Lovely location. Nicely arranged apartment which makes very good use of the space available. We spoke to a few of the neighbours and they were all very nice. The location is brilliant, handy for everything and the noise levels from the bars below reduce to nothing before 11 pm. In short, we loved it.

Beautiful, large, bright apartment, in a quiet neighbourhood with views out to the sea and town. Well equipped apartment, just like the photos show. The dishwasher and washing machine were a great addition. Very easy access thanks to our host Alfonso. Alfonso shared some great tips on must see attractions, and our walk to the light house, and the short boat trip to the beach, Playa del Puntal were highlights of our stay. For such a large apartment, with 2 bathrooms, it would be good to have more than 1 hairdryer, so the guests don't have to wait for the hairdryer. And one of the bath mats is threadbare and needs replacing. Other than these 2 minor points, we loved the apartment, the location and the easy access to the beautiful beach and many restaurants.

Extremely experienced and super warm welcoming stuff, one of the best experience of hospitality level during our week trip over Cantabria. The room was clean and cosy, the bed super comfortable. The room had smaller windows that on photo as it was located on the last floor and but it was comer room with two windows so enough light but less noise. Moreover the room had the second floor and great views over the city. High quality linen and cosmetics. The location of the hotel may be not optimal for those travelling by car as there is no parking at the hotel and the closest one had no space when we arrived but that was not a big deal for us to walk a little bit as we usually don’t have much luggage. With regards to the price - would say this hotel is an ideal opting to spent couple of days in Santander, definitely would stay again!

    Great hotel. Very pet friendly with tiled floors. Really comfy bed and quiet room. Own car park that cost €15 for 24 hours so no need to mess about getting public parking. Great location and easy walk down to centre of Santander. Will definitely return 👌

    Good location. Very close to the ferry and convenient for the city. Dog friendly, although like most of Spain, they aren't allowed in any public areas. Good breakfast, which we took separately. It's good to have private parking. We parked in the indoor car park. Access and spaces are tight. There's also an outdoor car park.
