Really enjoyed stay in this property. Clean, quiet place and everything is well maintained. There were no staff to guide at the property. However, they responded quickly for messages.

Charles met us after a full day at Disneyland, which meant it was very late for him but was still no problem. Charles showed us every entrance method and was so warm and friendly. The property was immaculate. It has a very holiday accommodation vibe but also a home from home vibe. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, even had a Nespresso coffee machine.

As a mom of two young, curious, and adventurous boys, I truly appreciated all the thoughtful Disney-themed touches—the toys, the masks, the cups, the books, and even the Disney map! The flat was spotless, and full of natural light. Everything was just perfect for our stay. Miisa and Bouba were incredibly responsive and helpful—they answered immediately when we had trouble entering the flat, even though it was already midnight. We had just returned from Disneyland, which is only a 7-minute drive from the Hotel Cheyenne parking lot—an ideal location after a long, fun-filled day at the park. Thank you for such a nice stay!

    Location is great and the room is what to expect from a budget hotel. Our main disappointment was with the hygiene. We had 2 rooms and both smelled like wet dogs. The breakfast was also basic and it was clear that trays are not washed after each use. In sum facilities are great but maintenance fails in making this hotel a great find.

    The location was ideal. The train station was right outside and disneyland was only 10 minutes away. The car parking is underground and secured with a gate. Having a kitchenette in the room was nice too. They’re also dog friendly.
