Property has everything you need. Modern, clean and comfortable. Met one half of the owners on check in, super nice guy showed me around and how things worked. Really quiet, nice area. Couldnt connect to the wifi for some reason but had absolutely no bearing on the stay.

Lovely, well thought out room with brilliant basics (comfy bed, fabulous shower, great storage) plus wonderful extras; well stocked mini fridge and extremely generous complementary items (hot chocolate, flapjacks, shortbread, fresh milk in fridge, filter coffee and cafetiere ). Excellent food too. Wonderful location at the edge of the village. Can't recommend this place enough. I ve just moved into the area and will happily use for my overspill guests. Thank you!

Our host Alex was extraordinary caring about my husband who has pain in his leg. She helped us find a little hospital nearby where we get help from a doctor. The house was charming and we loved the garden where we could eat and rest. We slept very good in the beds and because of the quietness. Nearby was the canal where we could go for a walk. The parking next to the house was great too.

    Very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with Heather, absolutely lovely lady and exceptionally helpful - could tell that she really cared about our stay. Had all the provisions we might need cleverly stored so there was no clutter. Could take our dog and Heather went above and beyond to provide for him too.

    Comfortable, clean and cosy room. Lovely big bathroom with plenty of hot water. Easy access to Llangollen just a short drive down the road. Located on an estate with views from the french doors. Easy street parking. We had our dog with us and he was really welcomed! The hosts were a lovely family. At the end of our stay they had set off for a day out and I had accidentally locked my car keys in the room. They didn't hesitate to come back to sort the problem out! Thank you so much. 😊🐕🐾💕

    Everything was perfect, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Eggs and milk for breakfast and even a little treat left for us. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, all bedding and towels provided and clean. Absolutely excellent communication, our toaster tripped the electric and within 5 mins of me calling we had power back on and a brand new toaster 👍🏻. ALL staff polite, friendly and welcoming. Resident dogs also polite, friendly and welcoming ❤️. We will 100% be back, such a peaceful, calm place just what we needed. Thank you

    Gorgeous place to stay whilst visiting family - car near enough essential, but plenty to do in the area and gorgeous walks and scenery. Loved the layout and the little touches, especially the welcome pack for the little dog as well! Really easy checkout. Hugely helpful and friendly hosts who also recommended a lovely dog sitter, Sammy, who I'd also recommend! All in all I wouldn't hesitate rebooking and hope I'll be back soon! Couldn't fault it, especially being dog friendly :)

    The location was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful host, gorgeous cottage with so many extra personal touches. Will definitely stay again, and so pleased we could take our dog. Very restful and relaxing.
