Absolutely stunning lodge in the countryside-but close enough to town. Comfortable warm clean and also the host had it kitted out like a 5star hotel. Beautiful toiletries and towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking and cleaning as well as beautiful biscuits croissants and a large range of coffees and teas. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Despite being so perfect it is dog friendly too! We will definitely be coming back.

Had a fabulous overnight stay with two large and very comfortable bedrooms, with plenty of kitchen and lounge space in between. The hosts put a lot of effort into the little extras including a lovely continental breakfast, that were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Easy Check in. Spacious Huts. Everything was clean and the shower was good. The hut was nice and warm . We enjoyed a walk around the grounds in the dark. There was only 1 hotel room cheaper than this at short notice. This is a miles better idea, my Daughter was really excited when she saw where we were staying.

    A small room beautifully decorated with country theme with a modern twist. Coffee pods and coffee machine in room. Bathroom beautiful with White Company accessories. The hotel has lovely decor throughout and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and steak cooked to perfection. The best dog friendly hotel with their own doggy menu and sausage for breakfast. Free parking.

    Dinner both nights was great & the service couldn't have been better. All the staff were really friendly. Separate dog menu was something we've never seen before & was a real reflection that The Milestone is a real dog friendly place. The dogs were also given sausages for breakfast.
