We chose the property due to location on the way back to England from Cairnryan. Dog friendly which is a big bonus. The property and grounds are beautiful. We loved the decor of our room and the huge comfortable bed. It was beautifully quiet overnight and warm too, which surprised us, given the historic nature of the property. We chose a continental breakfast which came with loads of pastries. Overall, a fabulous overnight and so special compared to most bnb options. We had great fun with the giant TV. Ideal for dogs. Great walking nearby.(Kippford Reserve dog friendly) Kippford and its 2 dog friendly pubs are only a ten minute walk.
