Beautiful apartment. Very clean (they provide cleaning services every day). Very nicely decorated. Excellent location (next to Holyrood Palace). If you need more tea or coffee or anything, you can just collect it from the reception (open 24h). Staff is very friendly and helpful (greetings to Peter). Everything is high quality (also cosmetics in the bathroom).

We opted for this location for our last 2 nights in Scotland, as we wanted to treat ourselves a bit and enjoy some quiet time. It delivered much more than that. The house can be very cosy if you enjoy its style. If not, you may find it old-fashioned. But either way, its charm it’s undeniable. The effort put into maintaining the property at this high standard is remarkable. We also dined there and the service and food were impecable.

    Great location. A short walk from shops and the Country Park and the friends we were visiting. Breakfast was amazing - especially the "surprise" accompanied by fascinating history lessons from Ewan! We loved being greeted by the 2 delightful dogs and the spacious garden. Our room was quiet and very comfortable.
