Knowledgeable about the area and things to do/places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were spot on, the daily home-made muffins were lovely, the room was stunning and comfortable. Everywhere you looked there was something to notice - look up and down, not just at eye level! Our dog was made to feel very welcome too.
