The location was great and close to local amenities! The property itself was perfect for us and the large garden was great for our dogs to have a run around! It had everything we needed for a short stay for the weekend and would definitely recommend to anyone!

When we arrived at the chalet the owner was there to meet us as we were his first customers (with a Easter egg for our son) the man couldn't have done anymore to welcome us, show us around and said if we need anything at all just to ring him. The chalet itself is probably the best I've seen on tingdene, the decking is a good size and gated, the bedrooms were really clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook rather than go out for food. The bathroom for me is the best part, the shower was exceptional and they even provide Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All that just two steps from beach. We will definitely be back! Thanks again

    Location great, easy to get to beach, could walk into centre. Very good pet friendly centre. Pub/ restaurant on site, friendly staff, can take pets in, good food, not too expensive. Grounds maintained to a high standard. Would definitely go again, but not in this chalet.

    Well equipped kitchen and overall lots of thoughtful touches, good location, wifi, Netflix. Very nicely decorated, comfy bed, instant warm shower, outdoor furniture and mostly quiet with the occasional bark from a dog, very dog friendly site and dog bowls were provided.

    Beautiful, spotlessly clean, static with fantastic decking area to sit out on (weather permitting), perfectly situated on a nice, quiet site. Lots of extras provided, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls/ kitchen roll, cleaning products, etc. Short walk to lovely dog friendly beach and 15/20 min walk into Mablethorpe. Great communication from hosts. Definitely would recommend it.

    The location was fantastic close to the town centre and the beach also was great to find a pet friendly apartment. Little touches of the books,dvd hairdryer etc was lovely. Hand over of keys was easy using the key box. Good communication from the hosts by message or from the welcome pack in the apartment. Definitely will look to book again.

    The chalet was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous and transformative renovation, saw the journey in the photo book. We've been to and stayed in many places in and around Mablethorpe over the years and this was by far our favourite stay. Really well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean. In a great location, spoke to the friendly neighbours. Friendly comms with the hosts. Lovely that it was naturally dog friendly with them catered for and welcomed too. Would definitely book again.
