The purple accents decoration was such a nice touch. Loved that the kitchen was fully equipped and the room were also clean and cozy. The host also kindly provided fans in our room upon request. Location is also very strategic. Absolutely loved our stay!

First impressions... Wow! I would say from the photos on the listing, I had a mix of high expectations, (inside looked amazing) and that concern that a place could really not look like that inside, in real life, given the outside look/area photos, plus it is a fairly new listing to the site. To say it was a massive surprise when we walked in, and everything looked the same as the photos, if not, to be honest even better! You could immediately tell the attention to detail, including the table being set/laid. At this point my concern over needing to give ID and a bank card information, in addition to my booking, was clearly un warented and made complete and utter sense. There are three levels to the home and each is decorated immaculately, one night there really was not enough. To address previous reviews. The parking issues that were mentioned, yes parking anywhere around the property would be extremely difficult, had it not been for the parking spaces that came with the property, right outside the back gate. (Yes the drive up to the parking is not glamorous, but then I would not expect the owners to pay out to have ot re paved, when the access serves multiple other house. I felt completely safe leaving my car there. You are sent a flurry of information about the property, including how to find said car parking, which arriving in the dark was most welcome. The access was alot easier than I had expected, I thought it would be a struggle accessing the parking in my large car, however far from it. The hot tub, now on reading an updated review after booking, I will be honest, I panicked. On contacting the accommodation re this, they were extremely responsive and reassuring. The hot tub was a complete joy, and can confirm any issue that may have been there previously, we're not by the time of our visit. It really is a little oasis.

The Cartshed is one of those places you don’t want to leave a good review for so others won’t book it, it is exceptional! It is finished to such a high standard and Tara and Paul are lovely people, very kind. The house is immaculate, extremely comfortable and you are greeted with a welcome pack of fresh bread, eggs, milk and scones. If you planned to convert a farm building, this is how you should do it, what a find!! We weren’t here for pleasure (unfortunately) and Tara and Paul were very kind and supportive. As for Lottie, their black lab, we want to take her home! There were deer grazing in the morning and evenings, it is a lovely place to stay, we will definitely be returning for pleasure, soon!! I would recommend The Cartshed if you are staying in the area, it is close to the Cotswolds, Broadway and lots of other beauty spots, cannot recommend it enough!
