The hotel is simply breathtaking. The interiors are a perfect combination of cleanly restored, original elements from the historical building and modern design. Walking in you experience all the amenities of a luxury hotel but with a refreshing authentic feel. Perfectly located right in the heart of the city, but off of the street so you don't deal with any noise. The only thing better than the charming design is the outstanding service from the staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate any need or concern. They handled all matters so professionally and made the stay so much better. I can't recommend this hotel enough, it made our Tbilisi experience.

Great host, rooms were neat and clean, all the room related facilities were functional like electric kettle, room heater, geysar. The location of the accommodation is perfect. It is near to the exciting places. Very hospitable and humble staff. Only the view from the room could have been better but overall I will give this accommodation 10 out of 10. I completely loved it. I can recommend B&B Old Tiblisi to anyone who wants to visit Georgia.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are super confortable, silent and clean with all comodities like minibar, AC, TV, tea, etc. The staff is super super super kind and available all the time, the best we had in Georgia. The breakfast is so delicious with fresh fruit and variety of choice for all tastes and the location is perfect, near to all services, restaurants, bars and to one of the main avenues of Tbilisi. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they answered all my questions before I arrived, always replied quickly, and made me feel welcome from the first moment. During my stay they were always available, always smiling, and willing to help with anything I needed. Because I was celebrating a special occasion, they even surprised me with a lovely gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel!
