The owner of the place was very friendly, took care of us, and sat with us to talk even tho we had a bit language barier. Everything he served us for dinner was home made, starting from wine till his own bread flour and cheese. Very friendly people, more than fair prices and great location from Vardzia. Fast comunication and when we had a problem to find a place we have find owner randomly waiting for us on main road to help us and welcome us. Very exceptional experience with locals.

We arrived late at night just hoping for somewhere clean and warm and found this and much more! Waking up to a beautiful garden with incredible flowers with lovely views of the surrounding hill. The homemade breakfast (and literally everything was homemade) was incredibly delicious. What a gem of a place belonging to friendly host family. Recommended!

Lovely hosts who met us on arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony and we had a fantastic breakfast with an array of delicoius food and some home made Chacha. This was all enjoyed sitting on a timer veranda in the garden. Lovely, peaceful spot within a 10 minute walk of the centre and the cave city.

Koba and Angelina (and bubu the dog) were very kind and generous hosts. This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Angelina's delicious home cooked food and Koba's homemade wine after exploring Vardzia. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They even helped us arrange transport back to Akhaltsikhe. Highly recommend!

Very nice in a super location in the valley in front of the lake. Good breakfast and nice staff. Clean room. We also did a horse riding tour which was amazing! Perfect place for relaxing and visit Vardzia.
