We adored the proximity to the beach. Litteraly in front of the house. Our group both liked bigger waves and the stiller water and both options were right in front of the door. We stayed one week and we tried almost every restaurant on the street and our favorite was really Captain Loizos ! The staff was so kind and so happy to see us, which gave it an even better vacation feeling. Dimitrios was also so attentive and would have been there directly if we would have needed anything ! So great :) The bus #18 from the airport/ fira drops you off almost in front of the house (200m). You can also rent quads and scooters not too far away for a good price (70€ per day). We would definitely come back and we highly recommend! Thank you again :)

We stayed at this villa as a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and everything was absolutely perfect! The villa was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos — if not even better in real life. The private pool was amazing, and the sea view was simply breathtaking — especially at sunrise. Watching the sun come up over the water was a magical way to start each day. The kids loved the space, and the layout was ideal for a family vacation. The area is peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to Santorini’s main attractions. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly felt at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable views!

Family business, the family working there was very kind and attentive. The pool attached to the pension was a great bonus, as Santorini can get quite warm and beaches are difficult to access and not really nice. The location is really unremarkable but is only a couple blocks from the main bus station, where you can reach most of the island. The hosts reserved us a transfer to reach the ferry port and it worked as promised and was inexpensive. The room decoration was lovely and well equipped.

This place is out of this world beautiful. We had seen the photos but we were not prepared to how nice it is in person. Minimalist and elegant, with all the attention given to the detail. The building is beautiful. Our room was just incredible. We had a nice big bed and a big bathroom and then a gigantic terrace with a shaded area with a table to eat and two sun chairs. Then we had stairs to the roof terrace, that was INCREDIBLE. We had to sun beds and an umbrella, and a hot tub with a view! (not to the caldera -that you can see walking 2 minutes out of the hotel- but equally awesome and relaxing) (we used it every day!) all surrounded by a beautiful garden that smells amazing. We missed nothing in the room, with complementary water, coffee and tea, good amount of towels and toiletries, and good wifi. Then there is the hosts: the nicest people ever, always super helpful, with fantastic recommendations (that you should follow!) and with a direct line of communication at any time. They arranged a couple of crucial transfers with us in the smoothest possible way. And most importantly, they prepared and provided breakfast. I had read other reviews and knew it was good but it exceeded expectations. Varied, extremely generous, and DELICIOUS. This is a fantastic choice for Santorini, not only because it is amazing, but also because location wise it is very good, just a few steps to the center of Fira and the bus station (crucial to get around the island). Cannot recommend this hotel more and would certainly book it again!
