The apartment was great, spacious enough, it had all amenities one may need. There were two air conditioners, one in each room, which is great for the really hot days. The bedroom was big with plenty of storage. Small suggestions to the owner - please, install some blinds or similar on the bathroom window, otherwise there is no privacy. Of course we managed with such a trivial thing so consider it as a tip. And maybe leave a broom, for people staying longer that would be useful (with all the sand) :) There is no parking, but the nearby streets offer a lot of space, and it is no more than 1-2 min walk from the property. The only downfall is that the house is on a busy street and it could by loud in the mornings, but after all this is Dimokratias, everything is located there :) We would choose it again.

The appartment is amazing, it is just like '2nd Home'. Everything is very well equipted, great wi-fi, smart TV, airconditioning in both rooms, kitchen with everything you could possibliy need. The appartment has a huge balcony and a private parking. The host was super friendly, he welcomed us personally and gave as recommendations. The appartment is only few steps from the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. We will visit again for sure!!

I really liked the apartment, the owners were friendly, they helped all the time, they were in touch, they gave me the keys on time, the apartment was clean, everything was comfortable, there was a lot of space for several people to stay. The apartment had absolutely everything to spend a comfortable time, including cooking, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom had all the accessories needed for a comfortable stay. And the beach was literally two minutes away, two or three minutes from the apartment, a very convenient place, all the necessary shops and cafes around, in general, I really liked it. I will come again.

    This is the best hotel in this location! We were in the same hotel for the New Year's Eve and even then the service was perfect! They are really pet's friendly and their hospitality and staff are their assets! We are impressed and for sure we will be back :)
