The apartment and the host was great. We loved it. Every detail of the house has been careefully considered. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a quite place. We slept very well. There are parking spaces on the street. There is no parking problem. Also location is very good. 5-10 minutes walk to center. We prefer this because its to noise to noisy and no parking in the center. The host was very good, nice and kind. We felt at home. We didn't need anything else. We stayed 4 people. All of us were very happy about it. We highly recommend it. If we come to Kos agian, we definetly would stay here again.

Great recommendations from the hosts for our limited time in Kos. Our room was spacious and had some nice amenities like a microwave, a large TV and a cute table. Location was a bit of a far walk from the port where we arrived, but very close to the beach, several stores, a bike path and vehicle rental places .

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

Location is more than perfect, near city center of Kos and beach is really close. Apartment is beautiful an cosy. You have everything for cocking, showering and more. Terrace is really nice and beautiful decorated. The host Mrs. Elsa is more than kind and everything you need you just have to ask and she will help you in a moment. She is perfect host :) !

Cozy, tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean one bedroom apartment in a newly renovated, lovely authentic house with a relaxing private seating area on the patio, covered with lots of green. Excellent location. Just a stone's throw from the port and the city center, but still in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, within just a few minutes' walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores. Irini, our lovely and attentive host, made our stay a truly remarkable experience. We also enjoyed the traditional Greek cuisine at their family restaurant "Fidelio" in the city center. An absolute recommendation.

Amazing property that sits on a massive land with its own gardens, chicken enclosure, large car park. Very large, clean apartment with all the equipment organised efficiently. Owner is a lovely person who brought us cheesy toasts and garnish when we arrived and organised the taxi for our return. Property is close to beach, however, you will need a car to stay here but unless you are staying in Kos Town, you will need a car to get around anyway as Kos is a very big island

    The property is in a splendid location. The views from the pool area are spectacular. Being on higher ground the property benefits from a cooling breeze. The swimming pool is a good size and the gardens are large, well maintained and pleasant. The apartment is well equipped, save for a dishwasher which I don't regard as essential. The pool is shared by only two apartments, which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing place.

    Everything was great, the location is amazing, the energy of the place and the host Giorgos is one of a kind, he was always there if we needed anything, he also took us to the ferry and picked us up when we went to Rhodes for 2 days. Definitely recommend!
