Everything was absolutely excellent! Mr. Costas Kanari is an outstanding professional who truly elevates the experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional. The food was simply amazing, delicious, beautifully prepared, and of the highest quality. We will never forget the unforgettable night at Parelia with Chef George Kataras and amazing atmosphere. The hotel is very close to the center of the village where many cafes are located. We stayed at the hotel out of season therefore several of the hotels amenities were not available to us. So being in such close proximity to cafes and restaurants worked really well. All of the staff were extremely personable and helpful.
