Wonderful hotel in wonderful location. The grounds invite for small walks and sitting with beautiful ocean views. Luxe, but unpretentious. Dog-friendly, welcoming, and quiet. Beautiful beach for swimming near-by.

I loved my room which was so peaceful and quiet, with beautiful textiles and colors which soothed and relaxed me. The host was so generous and kind that it was a very restful stay. The afternoon tea and breakfast were so well made. The tips for food and music were spot on.

We liked the house overall, the cleanliness, the attention we received from the owner (who was always attentive to every detail and made sure we didn't lack anything), the breakfast, etc. The stay was very pleasant. I will definitely come back.

The breakfast choice was very good and they cater for all diets , breakfast was lovely , the coffee was exceptional . Can't praise the owners enough and i wish them all the best in their work to expand the facilities . Placed in a very good position with beautiful views . rooms were very clean , comfortable beds , tea and coffee making and a fresh bottle of water everyday .

The location was excellent, situated very close to the beach and only a short drive (10 minutes) to Clonakilty. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well maintained and very child-friendly. The owner was very helpful and arranged for a cot for our small child. The views from the balcony out over the sea are exceptional, and there is food available in the hotel next door, while also having the self catering option. The apartment was a 10/10.
