Location was beautiful, very quiet and rural and just 25 mins from Rosslare ferry. Audrey was delightful and very welcoming. Gave us everything we needed and more besides. Bedrooms were large, bathrooms well equipped. A real home from home.

A most convenient location when using the ferry at Rosslare Harbour as its only a 10 minute drive. The property is spotless and very comfortable and the owners are wonderful - very welcoming! A bonus for me as a motorcyclist is that the property's parking area is secure.

Breakfast did not apply. Our host could not have been more helpful. Caroline was warm and very welcoming upon arrival. She gave us a tour of the house pointing out all of our amenities as well as suggesting possible places to eat during our short break. She checked in by text the next day to see were we happy with our accommodation. Our late check out was greatly appreciated, as was the works of art throughout the house. Beds were super comfy. We loved the garden with all of it's nooks and crannies. We would love to come back. Thank you Caroline.

We really enjoyed staying at Oak Studio. Was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. Aidan the owner was helpful and friendly. The studio itself was spotlessly clean with everything we needed and a lovely cosy bed. We will certainly return. The area was a haven off peace/tranquility.. Highly recommended

We really like the quietness, the sea walk and cosiness of the studio. Perfect for one or two nights away. The location is also good for Rosslare, Wexford and Kilmore quay...We were thankful for the nice recommendations for food and walks. You need a car.

    This is a beautiful dog friendly Manor House with amazing original features and spectacular views. The grounds are spacious and very well maintained. The bedroom we stayed in (Hook) was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was the best we’ve ever tasted using quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Our dog was allowed to stay with us for breakfast in a separate room to the main dining area which was perfect for us. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful, you feel so valued as a customer.
