The property was nicely designed in the style of Portuguese villas and we felt warmly welcomed from arrival. The staff were brilliant and really went over and above to make our stay memorable. Our room had a large bed, tv, and balcony and was very comfortable. The hotel has a large pool and a number of restaurants and bars. It’s also situated around 200m from a very quiet and tranquil beach. The food was excellent throughout the stay, in particular in mama miso, and the hotel ran a number of activities to entertain guests. It was a brilliant stay that really was made extra special by the staff.

the room was 100 xs bigger than expected, clean, full sized table, chair, seating area and garden outside. we opted for fans rather than AC- two massive fans- worked amazingly and not hot. friendly staff who would help and do anything for you. bathroom was clean. wifi worked well. laundry service on site. amazing restaurant on site which served breakfast, lunch and dinner. all very affordable. reception was helpful- kind and caring. brought us water each day, towels and other complimentary items in room. we loved this hotel. also a 1 minute walk off the main strip which is good to keep the noise down. 5 minutes walk to the beach. we loved it so much we booked an extra 4 nights after being here 3 hours.

I am so very thankful I ended up choosing the Jasminn hotel for my stay in South Goa. The facilities were of high standards, inclusive of restaurant, gym, pool(s) and my room. The true stand out though, was every single individual part of the establishment, their friendliness and willingness to make my stay as comfortable as possible was outstanding. This ran from top to bottom, the owner, general manager, hospitality, customer service, house keeping and security employees, were all genuine people and a true representation of the quality output that this hotel provides. Extra special shout outs to Tanmoi, Beverley, Gouse, Raj, Edison, Neston, Siba, Vishwanath and the kitchen team. If in Goa again I would be back at the Jasminn hotel in an instant!

    A lovely hotel at a cheaper competitive price. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Asian restaurant was surprisingly very good. Great location and enjoyable stay. Beach was a short walk and there were rickshaws available to take you there and back for free.

    The resort is at a very nice location, walking distance from the beach. The beach is mostly empty, very clean and therefore almost like a private beach. Truly "pet friendly" resort with pets given a special treatment- with beds in the room, toys, food and access to common areas and Mama Miso restaurant. The staff was very helpful and cordial in nature. Went out of their way to meet my and furry baby's needs. The property is very clean and well maintained as well with lots of activities to keep the guests engaged.

    hospitality of the staff was top notch, we as a family felt at home all thru the stay. it’s not just the staff but the kind of guests who came to stay are very good and typically one make pals with them during these stays. we went there with our pet dog (Labrador) and had his best time in the Resort with all the staff being very friendly with him. Food was decent, with guests coming in from different countries, there was a good spread in their regular restaurant - Chutney.

    The room was beautiful and the resort in general had great facilities. Everything was clean and fresh, very modern. Staff were kind and helpful. we loved the staff by the pool, they were very fun and made sure we had a great time. we loved the fact it was a dog friendly hotel!! We felt very secure, the security team did an amazing job looking after us.
