The owner of this property Mr Sadat is such a great help. Although I booked my room only a day prior to my visit, he somehow arranged rooms at his property for another 4 nights and also arranged all the tours and transfers for us on such short notice.

The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and the Dal lake is in walking distance. Service: The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Abrar's knowledge and expertise were invaluable in planning our trip. He promptly responded to our queries and provided valuable suggestions. He helped us getting a mobile number as prepaid India sim cards don't work in Kashmir. Package Tour and Driver: The package tour arranged by the hotel was comprehensive and well-organized. Visiting Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, Doodhpathri, and Srinagar allowed us to experience the beauty of Kashmir.
