I recently had the opportunity to stay in a cozy tent . and it was a wonderful escape from city life. The tent was well-maintained, clean, and surprisingly comfortable for an outdoor setting. The bedding was soft, and the tent itself felt spacious, with enough room for our gear. The surrounding area was peaceful, offering a perfect spot for relaxation. One of the highlights was waking up to the sounds of nature—birds chirping and the gentle rustling of leaves. The campsite was nestled in a beautiful location, with scenic trails nearby for hiking and exploring. The view of the [describe any notable natural features . The hosts were friendly and attentive, providing all the necessary amenities such as clean bathrooms and a well-stocked communal kitchen.. If you’re looking for a nature getaway that’s peaceful , I highly recommend this tent stay. Whether you’re an experienced camper or just looking to try something new, this place provides a unique and memorable outdoor experience.

Beautiful property, very spacious for family, beautiful views. Lovely and accommodating hosts. The check-in & check-out process was very easy. Felt very safe in the property. The garden outside is beautiful for families to relax. Despite having a river flow right outside the garden, the safety measures were very good and didn't have any worries with teenagers playing around in the garden. The terrace was wonderful - had a beautiful view and very accommodating with fans, lights and bird nets to ensure nice hangout spot in the night.

Orchid Homestay is Really one of the best places to Stay In Cherai. I Really Enjoyed Staying here. The Rooms are Well Maintained with Neat Washrooms. A Common Hall With Tv is Also there. exterior of the stay is Also Really Beautiful.The beach is Just Walkable Distance From This stay. The Breakfast Given by Them was so good and Homely. So i Recommend Everyone to opt This Stay While visiting Cherai Beach.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Thira Beach Home! This holiday house is a true gem with its modern, natural, and ecological architecture. The design blends seamlessly with the surroundings, making it feel like a part of the beautiful environment. The location is perfect—quiet and serene, with direct access to the beach. It was ideal for long walks, sunrise and sunset yoga sessions, and relaxed bike rides along the coast or through the palm plantations. Every moment spent there felt peaceful and rejuvenating. We were also spoiled every day with delicious, fresh, and regional dishes prepared for us in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening. The food was always varied and so flavorful, with ingredients often freshly harvested or caught locally—truly a treat for the senses! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The owner and his team were exceptionally kind and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and care really made our stay special. We can’t recommend Thira Beach Home enough and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for such an incredibly relaxing and memorable stay!

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the service was amazing. Proactive follow ups and the hosts were genuinely caring. We checked in very late in the night but the hosts were very cooperative and stayed up late to welcome our family. They also woke up early in the morning to attend to our needs. Rooms were very big, clean and had all the necessary amenities. One small feedback would be to improve the WiFi and upgrade the plug points in the room for international guests. I wish Deepu and Anu all the best. I’m sure they will continue to do a bang up job in welcoming thousands of more guests in the coming future.

Lovely large clean room with spotless modern bathroom. Great sea view from the rooms large double window. Excellent AC and fan kept the room cool. The balcony was fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and huge quantities each day, served on the balcony. A different breakfast each day (dosa, apam,idli, hoppers, fruit, fresh juice, tea/coffee). Late afternoon tea and battered snacks provided each day. A useful shop downstairs. Over the road, then over a few rocks, it is possible to swim just 50m from the room - fantastic! The main beach is about a km up the road but I was happy with nipping over the wall. Very friendly and kind people running the place. Laxmi speaks excellent English.

We spent a total of four nights at Dove Cottage. We extended our stay after three nights because we loved it so much. Right at the beginning we can say that if you are looking for accommodation in Cherai Beach, look no further, choose this one because it is just so incredibly good. We were greeted warmly, even though we forgot to let them know that we were arriving early. While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were given a small snack and were able to freshen up in another room. In addition to our stay, our host Manuvel made sure that we were provided with a scooter for a very fair price. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and very, very tasty. It was a different Indian breakfast every day, which was served warm as soon as we came out of the room. We could choose between coffee or tea, both of which were excellent. Our stay was made so pleasant by Manuvel and his family that we are incredibly grateful to have stayed here. They were so nice, gave us so much information and helped us with everything we needed. They brought us fruit shakes during the day, helped us with our laundry, took us to the tailor and of course, as already mentioned, organised the scooter. It couldn't have been better. The whole family were always attentive and helped immediately, but were never intrusive or restrictive. The rooms were extremely clean and are very modern and newly furnished. Of all the six accommodations we had here in Kerala, it was the best and not even the most expensive. Apart from that, we found the location very good. The restaurants (e.g. Chillout Café, Liliput) are a bit away but it is quite quiet and nothing disturbs you at Dove Cottage. Highly recommended and maybe we'll see each other again in Germany :)
