I had a very pleasant stay at Kattapana with Athul and the stuff. They made everything to give me an amazing time in Idukki. I could explore the nature of Idukki and felt like home There is a common kitchen and dining room, everything was clean and comfortable! Big balcony was nice!! Thank you :-)

The hotel is great and right on the road and acc to find. The ground floor has a shop for you to buy some essentials. It has good underground parking for residents. The rooms are nice and with the climate there even a Non-ac room will be good. Rooms and washrooms are neat and well maintained. Overall nice experience

Beautiful ! thats the word I wanna use, its near Anchuruli actually and I was pleasantly surprised. It had a stunning mountain view, a cozy camp fire surrounded by cardamom plants, a big private 2-story property, and was conveniently close to Anchuruli, Idukki reservoir etc. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed and enjoyable stay near Kattappana.

Fabulous location and lovely comfortable service. Good resort. Staffs are very friendly and polite, Renju, Dipin and Arvind😇 extraordinary services. Good quality of food. Kids enjoyed a lot in their play area. Neat and clean. Staff here are very good and cooperative. House keeping staff really good. They have all the facilities and I strongly recommend to stay for families. Stayed couple of nights in superior suite room. Availed Breakfast , lunch and Dinner plan. Food was good with handful of varieties. The property is located just 27kms from Cumbum and you can have evening and morning walk around the property. The new night was awesome with fun filled events like Firecamp, BBQ, Picnic Area, Children's playing Area, Misty property and the entire night was literally a party night. The food also very good but price is slightly high, But was a decent menu there as well. The pavilion space and the restrooms near to that were at a different level. So tidy the place was beautiful. Our room was spacious and nice, the balcony facing the spice plantation and fruit trees was lovely. The tour through the spice garden was more informative and the plants in better shape than in spice plantations we toured otherwise. The breakfast was delicious, but for one dinner we were lucky enoguh to have the best veg biryani we've had in our entire lives.

Oriole homestay exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, hospitality, and overall experience. The room was spacious (the biggest we got during our travels in India), and it had a nice big balcony (more like a terrace). The bathroom is also big, providing hot and warm water; a shower is a bit separated from the toilet so not everything is wet after showering. The hosts, Mr. Girish and Mrs. Sunila, were a real gem - they were warm and friendly and they helped us with our tickets (go to the martial show, it is really fun to see), and all other bookings (nearby trips, intercity transports, etc.). All their recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants were excellent. We had breakfast at a homestay on our last morning, and Mrs. Sunila cooked great food, and we had a very refreshing conversation with Mr. Girish who is an expert in Thekkady animals and forests, and knows a lot about world animals in general. Mr. Girish, I will read the book soon! Finally, the location of the place was great as it was situated in a peaceful area but also close to a few good restaurants and a walk distance from the attractions.

The surrounding view of the tea estate and the mountains were mesmerizing. Rooms were very clean and neat.This homestay is a perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by peaceful nature, we loved waking up to the sounds of nature. The traditional swing in the property was very nostalgic. The price was very reasonable for the quality of accommodation provided.
