Newly built cabin with all the mod cons, Wi-Fi, good shower, hot water and a fabulous mosquito net. The location is fantastic and the hospitality of the family top notch. Nothing was to much trouble for them, the huge and practically deserted beach was 30metre from the property. We walked 12km one day and only saw two fishermen . This is a true fisherman village with lovely people. One morning our host Pritesh knocked on our door to ask if we wanted to help release the newly hatched Oliver Ridley turtles into the ocean….a once in a lifetime experience! Our meals were fresh ingredients and local caught fish made by Poonam and Pritesh’s mum and they were delicious and very good value for money. A local bus runs into Karwar town with the stop right outside the property if you wish to go into a town. Pritesh can provide boat trips, arrange transportation and show you secret spots like black beach with the group of wild monkeys in the forest behind once again in a totally natural setting. This was all really good value for money ( much cheaper than any of the more mainstream resorts). If you want to try something a tiny bit off the main resorts we would 100% recommend this homestay. The hosts are lovely people who went above and beyond.

Peace Garden is the most magical place I´ve ever been to.. NO JOKE :-D The energy at this unique place is truly peaceful, you can 100% trust it´s name. I enjoyed an intense personal journey there and I could not have imagined being anywhere else on this planet that there - to be able to let go and find peace - it´s just THE perfect PLACE. What makes staying there extra special is definitely the incredible team. They truly make you feel at home and every single one of them has great respect towards the planet, humans, animals and life in general. The little huts were so beautiful and comfortable and the Host ruben was just so hospitable and friendly. Taking the Yoga classes in the morning is the perfect way to start refreshed into your day and Ruben is an amazing teacher. He gives cooking classes for traditional south India food as well. Even thought the huts don’t have aircon, while we stayed we experienced 35 degree days the huts were so cool inside we didnt have an issue hiding from the heat inside. All over we had such an incredible experience at the retreat. it’ll definitely be our spot to stay when we revisit South Goa

Only place to stay in Agonda +very big and specious room From the location to wonderful, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They truly made my holiday special. Specialy the pool had a great atmosphere, and it was so wonderful in the raining session massive shout out the owner who couldn't have been more fun or kind. As one of the first guests to review this resort, I want to make the review as special as the place itself. I admit, I was a bit hesitant initially—it looked almost too good to be true, and the lack of reviews made me a bit cautious. But from the moment I arrived, all doubts vanished. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely care, and it shows in everything they do. The resort is just as stunning as the photos—truly unique, with a charm I haven’t seen anywhere else. Situated right on the beach, the location is unbeatable. I loved the restaurant, where every request was met with attentive service. The spa treatments were fantastic, and the atmosphere there was so relaxing. We also enjoyed a morning Pilates class followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. Next time, I’ll definitely book one of the sea-front rooms! A huge thank you to everyone—I will be back!

Probably the best hotel on Agonda Beach—new, clean, beautifully designed, with excellent service and food. I’ve read past reviews mentioning the need for improvements in service and food quality, and I can confirm that they have made those improvements. Rooms facing the sea, both Sea View and Panoramic, are spacious, and you can easily hear the sound of the waves. Agonda Beach is very clean, quiet, and romantic. Sunbeds are not allowed directly on the beach as it is a turtle nesting area. The soft sand is perfect for running and yoga. A true paradise!
