It was amazing, the hosts were really nice, they helped us with information on the location and the times of the ferry's. They recommended places to eat and things to do. They contacted us before the stay to ask about our plans and helped us with any questions we might had. They gave very great information on how to get to the location. The apartment was spacious, very well furnished and a great place to stay. It was very clean. It had a heating system that you could use to make your stay comfortable and warm. The bed was amazing. The bathroom incredibly clean. You had a coffee machine and coffee in the cupboard to enjoy your morning coffee. They waited on us with a beer on the table. They really exceeded all expectations.

Perfect location. Short walk to everything. Very spacious and clean. Had everything you needed and even aircon. The hosts explained everything about what to do in the area. Great to have a private parking space right outside.

Everything was great! Bellagio is absolutely perfect place to go everywhere around the lake and the Residence was amazing. Very easy checkin and checkout, beautiful room with view and terrace. The bed was amazing, big and very comortable. The location is perfect and really helped us to do everything we planned in Bellagio. Great experience, we'll definetly come back :)

We had such a blast here! Honestly the best hotel you can book in Bellagio. Everything was just perfect since we arrived. The parking lot is large, all the staff is very nice, interior of the hotel is very impressive and the location is just unbeatable. We stayed in a spacy room with clean bathroom and comfy bed. We even had our own private patio and garden with lake views. Pool service worked perfect and I´m not talking about the food they serve here. It´s exactly what I expect from the Italian kitchen... a huge culinary experience!! Thank you so much for having us. Next time in Bellagio we´ll definitely stay here again.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the description and was prepared for our arrival. The owner was very hospitable and recommended several establishments that we liked. For accommodation with two children, this was an excellent option! Apartments with a large private terrace and a well-kept private garden. We were very pleased with the presence of small but very important attributes in the house for a comfortable stay, and the children were delighted with the boats on the shelves.

    Location and view is great, quite and walking distance to all the restaurants and embarkment. Hotel’s crew is exceptionally professional, polite and helping. We were staying with small kid and a dog and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was very good, their omeletes are the best. Also hotel is in very good condition. Was surprised that it’s 4 stars and not 5.

    Within walking distance to the centre of Bellagio. Breakfast was good and the bathtub was a welcome extra. Staff were very nice and it was great meeting the hotel dog Maffi and her cat friend.
