Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca!

Wow, what a view! You could even feed the fish and ducks from the balcony. This is why we chose this place. A nice kitchen for basic cooking. A quiet area just north of the main part of town.

Location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the train station and a beautiful viewpoint at the lake bank 20 seconds away from the apartment's entrance. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed, cleaning products and toiletries available. Wifi worked perfectly. Overall Bellano is a great place to stay. Train trip to Varenna took only 5 minutes and was EUR 1.50 per person 1 way, trains were empty and run every 30 minutes. When going by train back to Milan there's no crowd and the platform like in Varenna. Roundtrip by boat to Bellagio was 10 EUR per person and views were amazing, definitely recommend to include on the itinerary.

A practical and comfortable room with a great view on the waterfall and side view to the lake. Parking in the courtyard, very practical when traveling with a rental. The balcony is lovely in summer. We used the chairs provided to watch the sunset from the small beach across the road from the hotel.

A small excellent place ro stay on lake como. The view is spectacular and the room was great right on the lake with uninterupted view. Staff very friendly and attentive to all details and requests. a place we highly recommend.

The property was great, it had everything we needed, and we would have loved to stay longer. The views are stunning, the house is quirky good with a fireplace and a pizza oven to boot. The sun terrace is a fantastic space to relax. The apartment has a fully featured kitchen, wifi, coffee, olive oil, etc The location is out of the way, we came prepared with food. The road to Noceno was adventurous in a Q7, with narrow lanes and limited passing!

Excellent host. Very helpful, accomodating, quick to respond to messages. Modern, clean, spacious, perfectly equipped accommodation with a large, comfortable terrace.     A quiet place in a quiet town. Very close to the station, and no, you can't hear trains or the road. Located on a ground floor with a private entry, no staircases. A feeling you've got to an italian home and it's all for you. And of course, a very careful hostess. Thank you!

    Absolutely amazing location, very close to station, amazing bakery next door as well as a well stocked supermarket, also it's close to a beautiful waterfall. This apartment really felt like home. All the detailed maps and information were available at the apartment, it had all modern amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here.
