I had requested a late check-in due to our long journey, and kindly enough, the owner or the person at the reception specially waited for us. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in our travel plans, and I truly appreciated their flexibility. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had upgraded us to a larger room than the one we had initially booked. The room was spacious and also clean. Another highlight was the view from our room, directly looking onto the pretty Dolomites (see room view picture). It was a sight that added an extra layer of beauty to our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast that is worth the money. On one occasion, we almost overslept and arrived at the breakfast area just 10 minutes before closing time. Without knowing or asking, the staff graciously allowed us to finish our breakfast. This small act of kindness helped us starting the day well so we could continue our travel plan. We used the hotel for going to Venice and the Dolomites by car. The Wifi was good. If I am in the area again I would definitely return to this hotel!

Beautiful hotel with nice clean rooms. Owner is lovely and made us feel right at home. The styling is unique and warm. Breakfast is delicious with a nice variety. Really close to Maniago so perfect if you have a car or bike.

This hidden gem btw Vajont and Maniago is the perfect place to spend quality time relaxing in Friuli. 5 minutes from the centre of Maniago 10 minutes from Vivaro The owner (Sig. Patricia) was amazing, the cleaning staff (Super) the service staff ALL friendly and always smiling!!! A great place to spend your holidays. Highly recommand staying there.

    The location is beautiful never my first but not only time .Super nice couple . Everything was really an adventure a big tundre storm had left the all area without electricity but they had candles and torches to give me. When back from dinner, they offered to cook something for me , the stairs had candles all along. Everything was perfectly organize in the kitchen a nice thought of flowers, beautiful hydrangeas , in the rooms.
