The place is awesome! A wonderful view over the lake, a green garden, place to sit. Paola is a great host, very friendly and kind. Even in a trouble situation she was helpful. Keep in mind, that you need a way to communicate with her via telephone on the arrival. The ways around Lago Maggiore take time. So communication is a key to a stressless arrival.

Ca Pinotta is a lovely BandB located in a small lovely village high in the hills above L Magiore. The room and facilities were very good. The mother and daughter hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and there is on site parking. The location is away from the bustle and traffic of being alongside the Lake, but close enough to visit by car.

    The apartment finish is of high standard. Eveeythimg needed for self-catering is available. We arrived late but our host Euginia was very helpful and understanding. She helped us with information for self check in promptly. The view of the lake from the apartment in the morning was amazing. Verbania is about 7-10 min and Stressa about 30 min drive

    Great location right on the lake. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. The standard rooms are pretty dated with no added extras like bathrobes/slippers/tissues & the mini bar fridge (which was empty) was in the bathroom! Not sure how you would get down to the swimming pool unless you packed your own robe!
