The landlady and owner of the house are very hospitable and sweet people. They waited for us even though we checked in very late. The house opens into a wonderful garden. The breakfast consists of very rich, high quality and delicious products. We were very satisfied. If we are in Bologna, it is definitely a place we will visit again.

Lovely place with lovely people! Unfortunately we only stayed for 3 nights, but we enjoyed every second of it with our son and dog. We loved the area, the food, drinks, the two pools and especially the people. Lovely place and it feels a bit like home-coming!

    We had an amazing stay in a the charming beautiful house of Elisabetta and the family. Amazing hosts, super warm and friendly. They produce their own juices and wines and vinegars. Rooms are adorable and breakfast was very delicious with lots of home made goods. We can’t wait to come back next vacation! Grazie :) Hagar and Nevo

    The property is located in a very quiet area with a beautiful landscape and only 30mins away from Bologna. The staff is extremely kind and caring. Our room was super clean and the view was amazing. Perfect location to go on walks, sit in the garden and try some home-made Lambrusco. We got pampered with a huge breakfast with local products and fresh coffee. What a shame we only stayed one night :)

    It is located in an excellent spot for visiting whole Emilia Romagna region. Beautiful surroundings and very nice host. Private parking and view from the rooms are great. They are hard working people who produce all kinds of products that you can buy. The best part for us was the breakfast. Standard is Italian breakfast with some of the greatest pastries you have ever tasted. However, for a small additional fee, you can have eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, all homegrown and absolutely fantastic.

    Very helpful staff. They let us do a late check out to change our clothes after work. Elisabeta was always available! Nice and relax familiar property, in country side. Spetacular homemade juice on breakfast! Good location is you want to stay half way Ferrara and Bologna. the price was unbeatable! Be sure you bay some Passata and Juice from the litle shop.
