This condo was a nice getaway, offering a fully fenced yard and secure parking behind a gate with ample space for our long-wheelbase van. The house itself was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen, a washing machine, and stunning sea views from both the front and back. It’s an excellent spot for travelers with dogs, as the fenced yard allowed them to roam freely and safely. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with the added bonus of a fantastic pizza delivery place within walking distance. We loved the convenient location—just a short walk to the sea and the downtown area. The surrounding region offered beautiful hikes, breathtaking views, and plenty of attractions to explore. Overall, this property provided a comfortable, peaceful, and well-situated base for our trip, and we highly recommend it!

The house is practically new and very nice. Excellent cleanliness. The owner is very willing and helpful. (communication via whatsapp) Great performance/price ratio. We had a lovely week. A quiet location that suits us. I recommend having a car in this location - there are many things worth seeing in the vicinity. I love this area of ​​Italy, I love the local people. I could find some minor flaws, but it wouldn't be fair to mention them. Because 100 people - 100 different opinions and needs. I think that I have to give 10 points in the price-performance ratio.
