Staff was very friendly and responsive as we checked by message for parking solution. We parked just 300 m away from the hotel in a secured car park where we left our bikes at the car. The room in a cave was perfect for us to cool down and relax before we went out to explore in the later afternoon. We arrived in August so it was super hot during the day. We travel with our dog so we needed a pet friendly hotel and it was perfect! It was just a 3 minute walk to the central station and a few minutes walk to Sassi. It was also near the restaurants, supermarket and stores. The staff were very helpful and they helped us book our tours which we very much appreciated.
