The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional . The breakfast was brilliant. The hotel cleans your car windscreen every evening ,never experienced that before, and received a small gift leaving . They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable and comfortable.

The aparment is situated very close to the piazza Duomo. It was quite easy to get in, as Giulia sent detailed instructions (thank you for it). Parking was also quite easy and close. I was really grateful for activating Trentino Guest Card which was extremely useful in the city.

The location is just perfect - right Trento's city center, but also 50 meters from a big underground parking so our big car was not an issue. The apartment was super clean, very well maintained and the crew (which we did not meet as we came very late) helped with everything from code to the door and all the way to discount for the city parking
