Comfortable and clean, equipped with style and it’s functional, air conditioned, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Check in and out very easy. It’s in the beautiful center in Modena, but apartment is in quite building. You get the free parking with a card that owner put on the desk when you arrive. That’s a very good gesture. And the public parking it’s on a street next to the house. It’s not hard to find, just look at the pictures of the stay. There is entrance on one. But before that there is gate that you open with app. But be careful when you use navigation, ours guided us at the very end trough the area with limited traffic. You need to go on Viale Vittorio Veneto. Navigation took us on Corso Canalchiaro to the property. The host is very friendly, we actually didn’t meet him in person but he responded quickly when we needed him. And free nespresso capsules. I highly recommend this place

The location and service were outstanding — the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful: the reception team, the breakfast team, the person who helped with our luggage, the elevator and car, and the added bonus of a free parking spot right in front of the hotel.     Easy check in and communications, a big nice property, super safe, really pet friendly, with parking inside, great rooms (we've had the ground floor unit) nicely clean and cozy, and a really nice breakfast buffet. We've also had dinner on the restaurant right beside it (pretty comfortable as it is inside the same area with another administrators - a great dinner)

    This is the fifth time I have stayed in this small traditional hotel and although some may find it a little tired, to me it is all part of its charm. Perfect location, good parking, lovely staff, very dog friendly and great breakfast. Altogether great value.
