A beautiful apartment in the heart of tranquil Modena. A five minute walk to the famous market; 2 minutes to square with great gelato, restaurants and bars; across the road from branded shopping like H&M, Mango and Benetton. Really well appointed, fantastic shower, great beds, good kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast is cappuccino or espresso and a pastry at the bar 50m from the apartment owned by the brother of the owner. Try the fresh orange juice as well - delicious - and great staff. The lift does not go to the street level so need to take luggage up stairs about half a floor to get to the lift.

The property is really nice - looks like an events venue, has a lovely restaurant, and is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. ( only 15 mins away from beautiful Modena, by car). The rooms are quite large, newly decorated, and have a very relaxing feel to them. Everything was spotless, and smelled very good - a lot of attention to toiletries. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - has everything for everyone. All in all, money well spent in this gem of a place, I am actually considering returning for a longer stay.

Second time I have been there. Apartment is 10 min away by foot from Modena city entre but still quiet. Hosts are mega friendly and provide valuable Tipps where to go.     Easy check in and communications, a big nice property, super safe, really pet friendly, with parking inside, great rooms (we've had the ground floor unit) nicely clean and cozy, and a really nice breakfast buffet. We've also had dinner on the restaurant right beside it (pretty comfortable as it is inside the same area with another administrators - a great dinner)

    This is the fifth time I have stayed in this small traditional hotel and although some may find it a little tired, to me it is all part of its charm. Perfect location, good parking, lovely staff, very dog friendly and great breakfast. Altogether great value.
