Best experience when traveling with dogs. There were dog bowls with water and food ready for us on arrival. There is a bit of green around the hotel so it's OK to walk the dogs. Everything else was also superb. Including breakfast, bed, the room etc.

I loved this place! 😊 Located in the middle of nowhere but this is what we were looking for, without car it would not be so accessible that's why please have it in mind. Lovely owner - we were able to communicate even though I do not speak Italian and she does not speak English. Delicious breakfasts, also not sweet ones what is really appreciated for people from East Europe but home made pastry is worth eating (and those chocolate cookies with meat were incredible). If you're looking for some chillout and relax this is your place, and quite near there is a restaurant where you can eat some pizza or pasta.

The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.

Genuine B&B run by this charming Italian “nona type” who was very kind. Room was basic but with Great view of town off the cliff and spotless clean with good linen, and nice hot shower. Great freshly prepared breakfast with an assorted variety of local products. Stayed just a night and it was a great value for money. The location is amazing if you are with a car. BB sits on top of a cliff overlooking the city with panoramic views - not recommended if you are not driving.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this wonderful agrotourismo in the hills after the bustle of Syracuse and the coast. The views were stunning and the pool a wonderful addition after the heat of exploring Noto. The staff were really helpful and the food amazing. Treat yourself to the full dining experience, it's worth it to try all the lovely Sicilian specialities and great value too. Also they will cook you something smaller, all homemade with local ingredients. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it for a change of pace. All the lovely baroque towns are in easy reach and well worth a visit too.

Everything! The view from this location is mind-blowing. Gianpiero was SO helpful and accommodating, and we cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. The family have owned and lived in this beautiful Palazzi for many generations and the property history is beautiful. The Palazzi is amazing and close to everything you could wish for. Modica is an extraordinary place, and you must go. Just Book!
