Situated in the mountains Agriturismo Ceriano offers an exceptional stay at a beautifully renovated ancient farmhouse with a lovely garden and pool overlooking the historic old town of Modigliana in the region of Emilia-Romagna. The room was delicately decorated in a rustic yet sophisticated style with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. As hosts Anna and Alberto were very tentative and considerate offering an incredible service. They had a lot of recommendations for what to see in the area and where to dine. The breakfast was amazing and prepared for each individual guest. The restaurant offers a carefully curated menu of traditional dishes using only local produce. Furthermore they offered a wide selection of locally produced wine. The place was very quit and relaxing - Just what you need to fully wind down and enjoy your vacation.

The fabulous apartment with everything we expected, the superb swimming pool, which we had to ourselves, the very peaceful surroundings, the beautiful view of vineyards, olive groves, arable land, valley and mountains. The very good fairly short walks (ca 2 miles, which was ideal for us). Marta and Theresa were extremely friendly and helpful. Perhaps, as much as anything, we loved the peace and warmth under a clear blue sky . We also enjoyed playing ping-pong on the outdoor table! Thank you so much Marta and Theresa for a wonderful holiday.

This small hotel was a delightful place to stay. The staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was great and we had the perfect relaxing stay that we were looking for. We also ate out at the restaurant connected to the hotel, Trattoria La Casetta which was very good too.
