The view out across the fields and the location, close to the beach (5 Km away down a small local road). close but not too close to local towns (Fellonica and Castilglione dela Pescaia 5 Km away). The size and layout of the ground floor apartment was fine for two travelling. No wifi and no Air conditioning, but a fan was provided and worked well. The host (Mateo) and his partner were very helpful and although they didn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian we all coped well using Google Translate. Note - Shop for food before you arrive - in Fellonica (Aldi etc) - we ended up buying food in Punta ala at the Green Camping Site - 1 K from our location - very expensive but local. great bakery further on towards Baia Baberina - Punta ala. Less expesive supermarket...bakery next door -focaccia and chocolate croissants......

Out of all the hotels I visited in Tuscany, this glamping site became my favorite. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and genuine warmth of the staff made me feel like part of their extended family. Their unmatched hospitality left a lasting impression. The pool was an oasis of tranquility, providing the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun. Surrounded by captivating scenery, it enhanced the overall beauty of the site. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful pool area and great rooms. Has a cool 60s vibe. Staff is great and cleaning is absolutely outstanding - best we’ve ever had in a hotel - fresh towels, turn down and everything else was on point. A feature that we loved was the cute beach shuttle! This hotel has an amazing beach club with a great lunch restaurant and all the facilities. Even has complimentary paddle boards and little boats that was so much fun.
