This place is beautifully located with the most incredible scenery across the valley with immaculate gardens and grounds. The manager, Susannah was super helpful and kind throughout our short stay ensuring all our needs were met and exceeded. It is so nice to find a place where dogs are accommodated with care and thought allowing the whole family to enjoy a relaxing time! The breakfast was all homemade with delicious cakes and the most incredible fig jam! All in all I would highly recommend a stay of at least two nights to enjoy the stunning swimming pool and see the surrounding area. We will return!

The Apartment is brand new--spotless--and extremely well-designed and comfortable. The bed was one of the very best I have slept on here in Italy (many are not great at all--this one was very nice.) It is quiet. The bathroom is gorgeous--truly sleek, chic and beautiful. Well-designed. Very nice linens and towels. Heating and air conditioning are brand new and you get to control them easily! Everything was extremely new and nice.

The location is very central. The apartment is desinged beautifully with vintage furnitures, heating system and a new practical kitchen. The matresses and the pillows are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming. The fridge is stocked with fruits,milk and drinks. The area is quite and the view from the bedrooms is beautiful. The only part that could be better is that the bedroom is not 100% dark in the morning. There is a bit of light coming in from the windows and the additional heater makes a light sound while it's being on. I would go back again.

Perfect stay, even better in person than in the photos, and sparking clean. It's a bit like living in a quirky well-kept museum. To be honest, we chose to overnight in Toffia specifically because of this place, and it did not disappoint! It has a nice kitchen, and bathroom with good washing machine. It's in a traditional house so it's not very bright, but is decorated with lots of charm. The owners are very nice, and asked if we needed dinner when we cycled there. They let us keep the bikes inside. The location is great, near the main city gate and a cute café. I would stay here again.

    Before we arrived the communication with the host was excellent and we were equally delighted with the clean, comfortable, modern and well presented apartment with the little extras - thank you. Local information provided was invaluable as well and we were able to organise to have dinner at a local place.

    Great location for people hiking the Saint Francis Way. The facility is spacious and clean. It is nice to have room to spread out. The apartment owner is very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant around the corner is excellent and popular, and is also where you eat breakfast, as part of the Bed and Breakfast.
