Warm and helpful staff, specially Giovanni was really professional , welcoming , effective, quick and positive. Made my stay even nicer . Really loved his vibe and energy😊 Hotel has personal approach, letter of welcome written by Giovanni , so nice gesture ( you don’t get it often). Nice shower gel / oud and argan, loved it. I did like everything about the hotel. Location is perfect, all the staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious, so many varieties. Room was very spacious and very clean. It was a magnificent view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If I go back to Rimini I will stay here again.

Everything was fantastic - our host Giancarlo welcomed us really warmly, the apartment was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious, the area is very quiet. And on top we got full fridge when we arrived - this was something we never experienced so far. It was really a pity we stayed for 1 night only so when we come back to Rimini we for sure book the same accommodation.

    A very helpful, friendly and kind owner Claudio made our holidays wonderful. The room was very cozy, clean and has everything necessary for the comfort. We were traveling with our dog Guido and were happy to find this pet-friendly Villa. It is very close to the sea and best restaurants are in 5-7 min walk.     Room lead onto a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the beach. Spacious room with a large bathroom. Pets allowed. Friendly staff. Clean room. Perfect location right on the beach and has a lovely restaurant beneath it named bounty. Our room had little touches from the beach which were really sweet (shells hanging from the lights above the bed).

    The location is top - near the beach, restaurants, shops, and events. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly and my corgi loved it. They gave out discount vouchers for the beach (unlike previous years the beach wasn't included in the price but with the discount, it was almost the same). The staff was really friendly. Even though my dog was afraid and barking at the cleaning lady, she took the time to comfort him and show that she is not a treat, and that made the stay for my dog (and my wife and me) much more pleasant.
