The staff is excelent, the hotel is really nice and perfectly placed right în the heart of the City, at the public parking place exit. Giulia, Alexandra and Mihaela, but also entire staff, make all the Best for our perfect jurney. Their restaurant is very good with fair prices and excelent wines.

The accommodation was incredibly cozy and full of charm – we felt at home from the very first moment. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. What truly touched us was how thoughtful they were towards our dog as well – they had prepared a personalized welcome package just for him, which he absolutely loved! The apartment itself was spotless and extremely well-equipped. We loved staying here when walking the Via Francigena. It’s about 0.5 km off the route. Don’t make the mistake we made and go down to the highway before the castle: instead, stay on the Via Francigena past the castle and past the village (which is tucked in behind the highway) and take the path diagonally down by an information board and immediately before some parking spaces. We had an entire house, with lovely rooms, in a charming old village. The owner was very friendly and helpful - even phoning the restaurant some 50 meters away and arranging for it to open specially for us (we had a delicious meal) and coming with us the following day to point out the route. She provided a nice breakfast too.
