The service is the best I’ve ever seen, we got a flat tire on the way up and the hotel did everything possible to help us. They even called garages to check if they had the tire we needed. Instead of waiting for 4 days we could continue our journey the next day because of the amazing help of the hotel. Our cats were also welcome in this hotel and the underground parking garage is huge. The view is also amazing and everything is new in this hotel.

Actually everything!! I travelled with my 12 years old son in April. First of all, thank you Fabrizio and Barbara for inviting us in your home! Thank you for your warmth and kindness! And also for your willingness to help us when we needed! The food was above delicious and also healthy! I love the location and the fact that you are in the middle of nature; with birds singing and fresh air. The view is also spectacular! The room is super big, was very clean and cosy! Thank you it was a very pleasent experience for my son and I! We will definetely return!

The room was great. Apartment was great too. We had a balcony, self service breakfast in the morning, which was brought to the room during the previous day. We also had food in the kitchen(salami, cheese, bread, deserts, coffee..) it was really a pleasant stay. Thank you so much.

Everything was excellent and exactly as presented and described ! I attended Jubilee of Youth Rome 2025. I booked with 2 my friends (3 persons in sum) ad hoc (booked same day as arrived to the room). When sent photo ID via whatsup I was given an access code. Excellent communication, service and quality. 10/10.
