So welcoming! The view is wonderful, the calmness is peaceful, in the surroundings there are some cute animals and the breakfast is good. I recommend it at 200%, it was better than what I expected!

A beautiful stone house with a magical atmosphere, surrounded by olive trees, exotic plants, and a lovely grapevine canopy. Stunning views, just 7 minutes by car from the train station (about 1h15 to Rome), 5 minutes from Conad, nice restaurants nearby. Margarita is absolutely wonderful, caring, and makes everything easy. Highly recommended!

We had a late check in because our flight but the staff was aware and they had no inconvenience. The location is very calm and we loved his firendly cat.

It was an option slightly off the Via Francegina but convenient. The staff were friendly, it was clean and reasonably comfortable. It was nice having a drink at the cafe overlooking the hills etc even with the motorway there.

Great location while walking the Via Francigena heading to Terracina with not much being available in the area. Very hospitable owners who live on site. New accommodation property. Dinner can be provided by the hosts for around 20 to 25 Euros so enquire about this prior to arrival. Restaurants nearby but daily services are variable. Lovely country setting (garden location for rooms). Very good breakfast by Italian standards. Most enjoyable stay!

One of the cleanest B&B I have ever been in. Everything smelled so wonderful, and the rooms just looked amazing. The view from the bedroom is incredible! There's no AC in the room, but luckily I didn't need one. It's in the middle of Sonnino so everything was very close, and the streets are just wonderful! Laura was a wonderful host! :)

Beautiful apartment in the lovely Abbey Fossanova. Good communication with host. Spacious bedroom with AC - we neede it in the hot weather. Equipped kitchen - we only stayed one night so did not use the kitchen. Bathroom was very clean and had a shower with good water pressure. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was great for morning coffee. There is a communal washing machine we could use - great help when walking the Via Francigena. Wifi was fast and reliable.
