Mercy and her team are real gems - so sweet, kind and attentive. We really felt at home! The house itself is beautifully decorated, offers comfortable facilities and has a characteristic charm. The neighborhood (Karen) is very green and safe. The garden was our favorite place - tropical paradise! Let’s not forget the food - we loved everything that was prepared for us.

After reading reviews online I was a little nervous about staying here but I was completely blown away. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with a great view. Food was nice and the pool was nice. I recommend staying here as a solo female traveller.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Karen Plains Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spotless, spacious, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept like royalty. Waking up to birdsong and having breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the greenery was such a peaceful way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location is perfect — tucked away in the quiet of Karen yet just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and tourist spots like the Giraffe Centre.
