This one bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The host was great. This place is amazing . The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping did a great job each day and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A great location and peaceful environmental. Very clean and beautiful house . The hosts Kelvin and Mary , were very helpful .land hospital . They provided daily cleaning . They responded promptly to every issue we raised . The stand alone apartment provided a great fire place. Great place for parties . Can wait to go back .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Karen Plains Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spotless, spacious, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept like royalty. Waking up to birdsong and having breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the greenery was such a peaceful way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location is perfect — tucked away in the quiet of Karen yet just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and tourist spots like the Giraffe Centre. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and elegant stay in Nairobi. I’ll definitely be back!

Location, and the cleanliness. It was decorated as a very typical Kenyan style which makes you feel part of the culture . The host Philemon really looked after me, i had fresh local breakfast and lunch served.

After reading reviews online I was a little nervous about staying here but I was completely blown away. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with a great view. Food was nice and the pool was nice. I recommend staying here as a solo female traveller.
