A very pleasant hotel with Western comfort. My room was very quiet, the pocket spring mattress was a treat for my bad back and the curtains made it nice and dark at night. As a bonus, it was easy to connect my smartphone to the TV to watch my own shows. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh produce. I liked that there was a little bit of variation in the breakfast every morning. Those small things make a stay special. I changed to this hotel after a few nights of bad sleep at a different hotel in Atyrau, and I'm unbelievably happy I did.

One of the best options in the city. May be not new, but very comfortable rooms. Located near the river, it's a very good place to have a morning run. Close to all city authorities (for business without need to use a taxi).

Stayed for a short time but was very satisfied. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with daily high-quality cleaning. The staff are polite and attentive, always ready to help. Convenient location — quiet area but close to everything. Suitable for both business trips and leisure.

Really wonderful stay! They happily extended our stay with no hassle. The Nephew ( Айбек )speaks great English. He helped us find a wonderful restaurant and directed us to beautiful parks. The family gave us a big bottle of water for free when we asked if we could drink the tap water (you cannot in this city). Айбек was very helpful in booking us a taxi to the bus station and ensured we were aware of the local prices. Great AC. Definitely recommend this place. Lovely people.
