Serene environment, top quality service from the lovely owner, the room was immaculate with everything we needed and very picturesque. The host even provided us with tea, water and laundry service. Possibly the best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka, and do not be put off by the negative reviews regarding the driveway, it is easy via Tuktuk and worth it for the views and privacy. Their tuktuk shuttle is free and available 24/7 - thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️ the best place to eat is Ella Siyapatha Hut Restaurant. This was the most authentic meal we had that was cooked by the gorgeous family. Truly an amazing experience if you’re in Zella

Wow, what a special place! We spent 2 nights here and the family couldn’t do enough for us- so kind and generous. They made us cups of tea and coffee when we arrived and throughout our stay. Stunning location in the jungle away from the centre of Ella, with views across to Little Adam’s Peak. Delicious food- they made us an amazing curry on our 1st night- 7 different kinds with rice! And the breakfast….just delicious. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed, mosquito net and a balcony overlooking the family farm and onto beautiful views. We used their taxi to get us around and to our next destination. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. 😊

Great hosts! They pick-up us from the train station, when we arrived. The place was really beautiful, surrounded by incredible nature. We could see the view of the mountains on our own terrace. We saw wonderful birds and squirrels from our terrace and some big jackfruit and avocado trees. We had a varied breakfast with plenty of delicious local vegetables and fruits, which is certainly enough. The bed in the room was big and comfortable. The kindness of the hosts was amazing! They took me to the doctor and pharmacy, when I needed it. They also prepared an incredibly tasty and generous dinner for us, when we asked for it. We had a great time here and we can recommend this place! Thank you very much

The accommodation is located in a quiet and beautiful valley near Ella. It is very peaceful there and a perfect place to relax. We got delicious breakfast every morning made by the hosts. The first thing that strikes me is the jaw-dropping view in front of the guest house. The place in itself was nice with a homely atmosphere with super-friendly staff, especially the manager (think his name was Sanath). I checked in late in the afternoon which was well after lunchtime and they were super nice to offer me a fresh and tasty meal. I enjoyed this kind of hospitality throughout my 2 day-long stay. This was exactly the place I was looking for when I planned my visit to Ella.

    This homestay offered excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean and nicely appointed. Surrounded by lush greenery, we enjoyed watching birds from our large balcony. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We grew fond of their dogs, Doly and Hailey, who warmly welcomed us and played with us throughout our stay. Additionally, the homestay is conveniently located near Ella Town.

    Amazing view with a really nice and helpful host. The location is a bit outside of the city but there is a shortcut to reach it in 10 minutes through a tea plantation. The owner is so chill and kind , he made nice breakfast and helped in every question. Also the pets made my stay more chill.
