Simply an absolutely FANTASTIC PLACE. This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Sri Lanka. Beautiful place, incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Full credit to the staff here, who are amazing. They are so helpful and always ready to assist whenever needed. The room is very clean, and the staff constantly check if we need anything or if we want the room cleaned. Great breakfast. The hotel is even better than the pictures. Altso the best bed in whole Sri lanka. This place is highly recommended!!❤️

Amazing, stylish villa in Mirissa that looks even better than the pictures in real life. Very spacious rooms, great design, comfortable beds, everything you need. The breakfasts were really nice as well! Judith is very friendly and helpful, she answered all our questions and gave tips about the area. Stable WiFi (worked even during the power cut), charged battery lamp available in the room in case of the power cut, really huge bathroom with a walk in shower, water pressure was perfect too. The garden around the villa is really green and luscious. 5 minutes by Tuk-Tuk to the Mirissa beach with fantastic seafood restaurants on the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here in Mirissa and Casa Mira was one of the reasons!

Place is very close to the center and to the really nice beach. Room was big enough, with AC, fan and fridge which was very convenient. There is also a net around bed so you don’t need to worry about insects. Owner is such a kind a cute person, she made us feel like home. The location is good enough, all markets, shops, cafe and restaurants are nearby. We gained convinient appartment with a beatiful lake view. The host was friendly, advised us several good places for dinner. The hygiene is excellent, the room was clean, fresh and cozzy. It was much more than we waited to have, even better than on photograph. We really enjoyed our Stay, I think it was one of the best place we have. Absolutelly reccomend.

We had a truly lovely stay at Nomads Hideaway. The villa is peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by greenery, giving it a calm, tucked-away feeling. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating this space—from the natural materials to the cozy layout and relaxing garden nook. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and available when needed, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. Although it’s just a short distance from Matara and the beach, the villa feels like a quiet sanctuary—ideal for resting, reading, or simply being present. We only stayed for two nights but felt deeply nourished by the experience. We’d happily return for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and soulful place to recharge.
